Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with DivinityByDrewB Wholesale Fine Jewelry, located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, Texas. We proudly offer loose diamonds, fine jewelry, gemstones, and watches at phenomenal prices.

To protect the integrity and authenticity of our merchandise, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy. Please review carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any finished jewelry (including gold, platinum, and sterling silver pieces).
Engraved, resized, or custom-made jewelry.
In-stock, ready-to-ship jewelry (including clearance and closeout items).
Any mounted diamond or gemstone.

Reason: Once jewelry leaves our possession, its condition and authenticity cannot be guaranteed for future customers.

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We allow returns and exchanges within 48 hours of delivery on the following items:

Loose diamonds (natural or lab-grown)
Loose colored gemstones (natural or lab-grown)
Timepieces

Conditions for Return

• Items must be in original condition and unmounted.
  All certificates, appraisals, and original packaging must be included.
  Items showing wear, damage, scratches, or alterations will not be accepted.
  Missing certificates will result in a $100 deduction from the refund.
• Watches must have all documents certificate in original box with the package. Must not be altered or worn and crystal not scratched or broken. Must be in original condition.
• Loose stones that have been set into any jewelry will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service Immediately. Shipping must occur within 48 hours of receipt:

2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping.
3. Ship your return via FedEx or UPS 2-Day Delivery, Signature Required, Fully Insured.

    Ship to: DivinityByDrewB LLC (do not write “Wholesale Fine Jewelry” on the label)
4. Include all original documentation and certificates with the package.

We are not responsible for lost, uninsured, or improperly labeled packages.

4. Restocking & Shipping Fees

All eligible returns and exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In some exchange cases, shipping reimbursement may be offered..

5. Watches

Must be returned unworn, with original tags and certificates (must) shipped within 48 hours. Items showing scratches, broken crystals, or wear will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

 6. This Policy Ensures

Authenticity & Integrity: Prevents resale of altered or worn jewelry.
Fraud Prevention: Protects against counterfeit or misrepresented returns.
Customer Confidence: Guarantees that every jewelry item is new. Any sold third-party pre-owned and unworn watches are authentic and high-quality.

7. Diamond & Gemstone Grading

We offer diamonds and gemstones across various clarities and colors, including:

Clarity: IF, VVS, VS, SI, and some I1
Color: D,E,F (colorless - very white), G,H,I,J (near colorless - white)
Certification: GIA, IGI, AGS, HRD, EGL, or non-certified stones

When purchasing loose stones, please review the cut, color, clarity, and certification carefully to ensure it meets your expectations. Please use filters available to ensure that you get a beautiful diamond.
